It's not easy after trauma, and there are always new challenges. Everyone copes differantly, joining a support group is a good idea for those who feel that they are ready. Beware there are predators who often pose as victims in support groups seeking the vulnerable. Having a trusted friend or family member to call on for help can be beneficial in a online group setting.
CARING FOR SELF
It's not easy, but seeking mental health can be very helpful on one's path towards healing, Learning new skills on how to process the present with the past. Beware of some meds that are handed out like candy, they can be very bad for one's health. Research online the lastest meds, as to date not much is effective. Check out more than one qualified Dr. to get an idea of your own needs.
Seek the existance of Creator through unbias prayer and an open mind. Try to train one's thoughts to slow down, to be still, like as if one is one with nature. Everything else will work out, know that in this life we are like the size of ants, compared with the universe. Try to incorporate good thoughts about self, no matter what one has done or not done in life.
